Peter O'Neill

    Peter joined the CBC pastoral staff in 2014. Graduating from Talbot Seminary in 2011 with his Master of Divinity (MDiv), he moved from California to join our thriving and Biblically-based church. He is passionate about preaching, teaching, and evangelism. Peter oversees the staff, preaches, teaches and continues the passion of making disciples of Jesus Christ at Cornerstone.  

    One fun fact about Peter is that he used to be a Chemist for 12 years before entering full-time ministry.  He has an Undergraduate Degree in Chemistry and a Minor in Biology. As such, he loves Apologetics and using the literal truth of the Bible and science to understand how God made the world.  Two more fun facts about Peter is that he also enjoys scuba diving and playing Airsoft.

    Peter lives in Lilburn with his wife, Cami. They have two children: Logan and Chase.


    Rob kocher

    Rob joined the CBC pastoral staff in June 2018.  Graduating from Cedarville University in 2000 with a BA in Biblical Education, Rob has had a wide array of experience in both professional and ministry environments.  Prior to joining CBC, he served nine years as an administrative missionary in the international missions organization called AFCI (Ambassadors for Christ International).

    Rob is passionate about helping others become all God has made them to be in the Body of Christ.

    Rob lives in Lilburn with his wife Tammy.  They have two children: Robby and Charisa.



    As the son of CBC members, Jack and Linda Suter, Kent grew up in CBC. After graduating from Providence Christian Academy in 1998, Kent went on to earn a double degree in Bible and Christian Education/Youth Ministry from Bryan College in 2002. Then in 2008 he earned his Master's in Christian Apologetics (M.A.A.) from Southern Evangelical Seminary under the leadership of apologist, Dr. Norman Geisler.

    Since coming on staff in 2005, Kent's primary ministry is to the youth at CBC (middle and high school).  You can find Kent most of the week engaging the youth with relevant, deep Bible teaching as well as thriving times of fellowship and outreach to the community.

    Kent lives in Lilburn with his wife, Brook. They have four children: Lilley, Maggie, Jack and Ezra.

  • Children's Ministry Director

    Debra Sanders

    Debra joined the CBC staff in 2016. She is passionate about teaching God's word to our children from their head to their heart to their feet. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Home Economic Education from the University of Georgia.  She taught Home Ec. & English in the public schools and homeschooled her children for 15 years.

    Debra oversees cbcKidz (Children's Ministry) and VBS at CBC. Most of the week you will find Debra preparing for the Sunday School classes or dreaming about making our cbcKidz even better.

    Debra lives in Stone Mountain with her husband, Leavitt. They have five grown children and nine grandchildren.

  • CHURCH administrator

    Lee Tate

    Lee assumed responsibilities as CBC Administrator in 2015. He has been a church member and also an Elder for many years. He is a Registered Professional Engineer and graduated from Ole Miss with a BS in Engineering and a Masters in City Planning. 

    Lee oversees the administrative activities of CBC and meets with the pastoral staff to review building, personnel, and other ministry issues needed to help them complete CBC’s mission. He is responsible for financial planning and budgeting, and reviews those aspects with the Elders. 

    Lee lives in Snellville with his wife, Sarah, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. They have two children: David and Susan (Coffee) and six grandchildren. 



    Jill has been attending CBC since 1983. After finishing college, Jill was a 6th grade teacher in Gwinnett County for ten years. In 2006, she joined the church staff in an administrative role. Her duties are primarily focused on maintaining the churches day to day financial records and assisting the pastoral staff. Jill comes from a large family and enjoys spending time together whenever possible.

  • BookKeeper

    angie Durham

    Angie joined the staff in June 2018.  She brings six years of bookkeeping experience to Cornerstone.  Her primary responsibilities will be in the financial/bookkeeping aspects of the church.  

    Angie attends and serves at another Christian church in the area and has been there for over 23 years.  She is a member of the choir and teaches Sunday school.  

    Angie grew up in the Lilburn area, but now resides in Snellville with her husband Doug.  She has two adult daughters, Abbie and Maggie. Angie is looking forward to her first grandchild in December 2018!

  • CHURCH Secretary

    Lynette flor

    Lynette works in the church office on a part-time basis as Church Secretary.  Lynette and her husband joined CBC 16 years ago.  Lynette retired from The Coca-Cola Company 18 years ago after working for 32+ years.  She worked in various positions, in various departments during her time there; her last position was Project Support Specialist in the Meeting and Conventions Department.  She came out of retirement to help at CBC.  She also is involved in several other ministries within the body of CBC.


    Lynette graduated from Jones Business College in Jacksonville, Florida with a Secretarial Science Major Degree. Her first job was with the Duval County Probation and Parole Commission in Jacksonville, FL, and after a year moved to Atlanta to work at Coca-Cola.  


    Lynette lives in Tucker, GA with her husband, Tom Flor, and their two doggies.

  • Church Volunteer

    Lois Donmoyer

    Lois volunteers in the office helping with various tasks such as attendance, database, and mailings.  After serving as a missionary in Peru 21 years and Wycliffe Bible Translators southern regional office for another 20 years, she continues to serve God faithfully at CBC.  She and her husband, Boyden, joined our Fellowship in 1995. They have two grown daughters, two grown grand-daughters, and one great grandson.
